International Orders
International customers may place
their orders online and select their preferred method of payment. Upon
receipt of an order, customers will be sent an order
total along with payment instructions for
their desired method of payment. The products we offer are
shipped directly from the manufacturers or various suppliers located
world-wide.
International buyers are
wholly responsible for any import licensing requirements, custom
duties, and import restrictions. It is the international buyers
responsibility to ascertain destination country laws, regulations, and
customs prior to ordering.

Payment Terms
All International Orders must be
prepaid in Euro. International payment options include; Bank Wire
Transfer and Transfer via Western Union. Sorry, no Credit Cards
accepted on International orders.
Shipping
Shipments are sent directly from the
manufacturers via DHL, UPS or FedEx unless specified
otherwise.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties or
brokerage fees that may be associated with their order. All items are
insured for the full value of purchase, however the buyer is
responsible to make any claims with whichever carrier has lost or
damaged their merchandise.
Return Policy
All
products are special ordered by the party ordering, and are not
subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of the surveillance
product line, products may be used once to complete a mission and then
no longer needed. For this reason, all sales are final. Defective
products will be repaired or exchanged per warranty.
Warranties
All product warranties are those of the manufacturers. If
the product fails during the warranty period, the buyer should contact
the manufacturer. The original manufacturer will replace or repair
that product during the warranty period.
Warranty coverage does not extend to any product or equipment that
fails as a result of purchaser abuse, misuse, unintended use,
erroneous voltage, modification,
or any other
act not specifically stated.

We will
not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties.

forms only. Users are required to give us contact information (e.g.,
